He's 5'4, so fairly short, he weighs in about hundred pounds and looks very thin to the point he looks underfed

Fifteen

Slouches, keeps hands in pockets and close to himself.
4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
He slightly malnourished, but fit enough to dodge and avoid.

Casual, lacks a lot refinement. Quick and fluid when he fights.

He's a fairly good looking boy but tends not to care too much about his appearance other than his hoodie.

Dark, Clearish? He's still a teenager but doesn't break out badly.

Straight, medium length, fine and wears it to the side. Hair color black but appears blue when in light.

His clothes are far more loose on his body (due to him being under weight). He's comfortable in them though.
